Tentative agreement reached with NBCC

Instructors working in the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) system and their employer have reached a tentative deal on a new collective bargaining agreement.
The instructors are members of the New Brunswick Union (NBU).
The tentative deal was reached on Nov. 15.
"It's been a long process to get to this point," said NBU President Susie Proulx-Daigle. "Both sides have worked long hours to come to this agreement."
The next step in the process is for members of the bargaining team to present the deal to their colleagues followed by a ratification vote.
"I want to thank the members of the bargaining team for their hard work and dedication throughout the process," said Proulx-Daigle.
