Jon LeBlanc

Providing bilingual administrative assistance for a wide range of office responsibilities, Jon looks forward to offering reliable support to staff and union members while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Originally from Grand Bay-Westfield, Jon graduated with a BA from St. Thomas University with double honors in English and Philosophy, and later completed an MA in Theology and Religious Studies at the Atlantic School of Theology.
Jon joins us after several years of teaching and researching at Dalhousie University and the Atlantic School of Theology, where he lectured on writing and a variety of other topics, including ethics and social media, popular culture, and dis/ability. He is currently co-chair of Keswick Reads, a local non-profit literacy council; a board member of NANY (Neighbors’ Alliance of North York); the editor/graphic designer of Keswick Reads News; and a recurring foster with CARMA.
