Group reaches tentative deal with the province

The Industrial Training and Certification Officers Local 2 (ITCO) - represented by the New Brunswick Union - has reached a tentative deal with the province on a new collective agreement.
The two sides emerged from negotiations with a tentative agreement on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016. The ITCO bargaining team will now present the deal to members which will be followed by a ratification vote.
"I want to thank the bargaining team for the hard work they've put in on behalf of their colleagues," said NBU President Susie Proulx-Daigle. "Now it's time for the membership to study the tentative agreement and vote."
The members of the ITCO component run the apprenticeship program for all trades people in the province.
