Correcting information on Bill 35

The attached document corrects misinformation in a fact sheet distributed by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development on Bill 35.
The New Brunswick Union is against Bill 35 as it will not achieve the goals of reducing the wait lists for students and could have numerous, disastrous effects on the education of students. Properly educated and trained school psychologists are the ones who should be conducting psychological tests for students. It is in the best interests of everyone involved in the education system that this bill does not go forward. The best course of action is to improve efforts to recruit and retain school psychologists.
