How Bargaining Works

We're proud to have you join our team and be part of our more than 9,000 members. First thing you need to know is we're here to serve you. Our staff works diligently each and every day to provide you with excellent service.
As a new member things can seem overwhelming, but we're here to help guide you and answer any questions you may have.

For instance, you'll likely want to review your current collective agreement. You can review it and all other collective agreements by clicking on the collective agreements tab at the top of the page or by clicking the following link: Collective agreements

Perhaps you would like to know more about our education programs, policies, grievances and arbitrations or are looking for forms including expenses, travel regulations and long-term disability information. All of it can be found under the Member Services tab or by clicking here: Policies and Forms

While the website contains all of the information you'll most likely need, sometimes you want to speak with someone directly. There are several ways to do by clicking on our contact us tab: Contact Us You can see the phone numbers for staff, our main line as well as the email addresses for each of our board members.

As you can see, there's a wealth of information available on our website. As a new member, we encourage you to browse the site and give us a call or send an email if you have any questions.
